This is a quick and healthy weekday breakfast or great addition to a Sunday brunch table. You can make this very quickly by having all of the ingredients stocked in your pantry and the cleaned berries in your fridge. Make in a tall parfait glass for a beautiful presentation or in deep individual bowls. If you have a large crowd, you can make them in pretty, clear disposable plastic cups, or simply make a ‘berry yogurt parfait bar’ with separate bowls of all of the ingredients for people to assemble themselves. I typically use homemade granola which is the BEST; however, when I run out and don’t have time to make more, I use Bare Fruit brand, Fit Berry flavor granola. Greek yogurt has more protein, but another good choice is Stonyfield brand, plain or vanilla low fat yogurt. You will see that this recipe is pretty flexible, and I have not given you exact amounts. It will come out great with whatever variations and amounts you use!
Homemade or store-bought granola with natural dried fruits and nuts/seeds.
